Melissa is an experienced corporate leader in Human Resource Development and Organisational Learning & Development. Her notable achievements included successfully leading Leadership & Organisational Development strategic initiatives at MediaCorp Group which had 10 business subsidiaries. Subsequently, as the Vice President of OCBC Service Academy, she played a key role nurturing the service-excellence culture to win accolades for its Service Excellence.
She started her consulting career in 2008 as an Associate Consultant with Development Dimensions International (DDI) where she facilitated at least 100 workshops in leadership, performance management, teambuilding and service excellence. She has a proven track record of delivering impactful workshops to diverse APAC audiences, including senior leaders of global companies.
As a Senior Consultant affiliated with KOSH Consulting Group Asia, as well as Kienbaum Consulting, Melissa is a respected expert in leading and designing Assessment and Development Centres for government agencies, as well as global commercial organisations. Apart from evaluating leadership competencies, she also provides success coaching for corporate leaders and talents.
Since 2018, Melissa joined the Faculty of NUS Business School as an Adjunct Lecturer with the Management and Organisation Department. She is teaching both undergraduate as well as MBA modules.
Melissa is familiar with Hogans profiling and is certified in Pearson’s TalentLens Golden Personality Type and Sosie 2nd Generation Profiling. In addition, she is a certified administrator of iAssess online Talent Assessment Solution by KOSH Consulting Group Asia.
